According to a report, more tech sector workers have been quitting their jobs, especially young workers. The academic report shows that the main reason for this is the lack of inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. Most 18-28-year-olds left their IT jobs because the company culture made them feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.

This percentage was even higher among minority groups as 53 percent of Asian and female respondents wanted to leave their tech sector jobs followed by 58% black respondents and 58% Hispanic workers.
