Amidst all the layoffs, it's only natural to feel insecure about losing your job. So what does one do if the stress is getting too much to cope with? The biggest step you could take is to communicate, instead of building up make-belief "worst-case" scenarios in your head. Have a conversation with your employer. Express your concerns in a structured manner and request transparency. In both cases, you have actionable clarity which is better than looming anxiety. Read about the rest of the measures you can take here.
