Black Virtual Career Fair (BVCF) is set to host its GENERAL + TECH + LEGAL Fall Career Fair on October 14th. BVCF's virtual career fairs match Black professionals with career opportunities at industry-leading and inclusive-minded companies. Nationwide job opportunities will be available from 22 companies for both technical and non-technical professionals. Major employers in the October career fair include Accenture, Cisco, First Citizens Bank, Justworks and One Medical.

Lakeisha Poole, Black Virtual Career Fair and Founder said, "The key to finding Black talent is to look for Black talent. BVCF's virtual fairs create a pipeline of Black talent and a pathway to opportunities for thousands." The August jobs report showed that Black job seekers find it harder to find employment as compared to job seekers from other races. The unemployment rate among Black workers rose from 8.2% to 8.8% in August while the rate among white workers fell from 4.8% to 4.5%.
