While 2020 kicked off with a surge in IT hiring, the pandemic has triggered a series of layoffs The good news is that from the jobs cut, many were added back. If one sees the immense growth in demand for IT professionals in the past few years, it's easy to predict that IT will make a quick comeback. Some experts believe that the industry will bounce back as soon as the end of this year. Janco Associates stated that there would be over 95,000 IT jobs created in 2020 alone, despite the pandemic. Blockchain managers, CIOs, CISOs and database specialists will be some of the most coveted roles.
