Millions of Americans have been affected by the devastating effects of the COVID-19 outbreak. Millions have lost their jobs, and have been filing for unemployment claims. The US unemployment rate hit a historically high record at 14.4 per cent in April alone. What's more, is that different sections of people have been affected differently.
