Record high unemployment in April recorded by BLS

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics stated that in April 2020, the unemployment rates in 43 states were at their peak since the unemployment data began in 1976. The rates in the states of Hawaii and Nevada crosses their previous record highs by 10 per cent each. Rates in Michigan, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont also crossed previous records by 5 per cent each.
