United Airlines to let go of 36,000 employees

As Levis and LinkedIn recently had a round of layoffs, airline company, United Airlines issued a warning to employees to brace themselves for mass layoffs in case the travel situation doesn't improve. The company shared a memo with the employees saying that 36,000 workers, which is 45% of the frontline workers in the USA would be laid off.
