Apple workers lash out about their working environment
Apple is considered one of the most corporate companies among its silicon valley peers, which is why what Tim Cook is currently facing is nothing short of unimaginable. Employee unrest is a very uncommon experience to Apple, their workers are always in step with the management and together they maintain a tight-lipped corporate structure.  The employees of the tech giant have been raising concerns for a while now on an array of topics including but not limited to equity in pay and whether Apple should express their stance on political matters such as Texas's repressive abortion laws. In a rare sighting Tim Cook, Apple's Chief Executive held an all-staff meeting to address employee concerns.

The meeting was attended by activist employees of the group #AppleToo and was broadcasted to employees all over the world. #AppleToo was formed after several former and current employees submitted claims of sexual harassment, unequal pay, discrimination, etc fostered by Apple's secrecy policy which does not encourage employees to voice their concerns. Cook however answered only two of several questions asked by the activists.
