US Service sector rises above the pre-pandemic level.

 
After months of turmoil and bad news, the service sector sees a ray of hope. The Institute for Supply Management (ISM) said on Monday its non-manufacturing activity index rose to a reading of 57.8 in September from 56.9 in August, which is slightly higher than what it was in February.
