Experts have predicted that the worst may be behind those who work in the IT sector. The COVID-19 triggered layoffs have halted according to reports. The implications of the pandemic on the IT industry were grave, with around 117,000 job losses in U.S. IT positions in April and early May 2020. However, data indicates that the layoffs have stopped. The not-so-good news is that for job seekers, hiring will not start for a few months.
