New collar jobs?
We have all heard of white-collar jobs and blue-collar jobs but not get ready for new-collar jobs. Ginni Rometty former chairman and CEO of IBM coined the term to encourage firms to hire people by looking at skills and capabilities that go beyond a four-year degree.

New collar jobs are increasingly seen in tech roles and digital media management and marketing.
