The long road to recovery for the US labor market

While the US economy may have added jobs in May after going through historical loses for the rest of the summer, the road to recovery is going to be long and winding. The data that is not being widely shared is the unequal nature of the data released. The unemployment rate for white people was a record-high decline, but for the black and Asian communities, the rate continues to rise. Take a closer look at the report here.
