Activision Blizzard, popular video game holding company announced that they would be hiring two executives including a new HR Head to promote a more inclusive workplace and to grow revenue. The company behind popular games like Call Of Duty made the announcement after it was sued by a California employment agency for carrying on a 'frat boy workplace culture' where women were harassed and discriminated against routinely. The lawsuit was met with an uproar from both current and former employees speaking up about misconduct by the company and rallying outside an Activision office.

The company has hired Julie Hodges, a senior vice president at the Walt Disney Company as their Chief People Officer and Sandeep Dube, a senior vice president at Delta Air Lines as Chief Commercial Officer.
