Employers offer Benefits to attract workers

The pandemic has forced employers to resort to creative methods to attract workers. While there was unemployment, the first few months of 2021 witnessed a spike in the rate of Americans that quit their jobs. As a result, employers have come up with lucrative rewards to increase their workforce. These include a variety of benefits from college tuition, wage increase to retirement benefits.   

Ray Bales, president of Seniors Helping Seniors facility in Knoxville, implemented bonus programs and increased the signing wages as a result of which he got 12 applications in a week and hired new caregivers.
