She also added that the company has yet included the booster shots in the definition of "fully vaccinated". This is unlike many other companies like Apple that have made it mandatory for workers to get booster shots.
United Airlines' vaccine mandate is known to be the strictest among US carriers where unvaccinated employees face termination unless they have religious or medical exemptions. This policy of the company was even contested in court, which ultimately sided with the company.
