Pandemic pushing older workers into early retirement?
Has the pandemic played a role in the drop of 7% with respect to employees over the age of 55? Older people have a much harder time getting back jobs because of discrimination, wage cuts, and additional health hazards because of the pandemic. This has pushed them into early retirement.
