As the economy opened up earlier this month after being closed for weeks, the labor reallocation is looking weak as the pandemic has led to major disruptions in the way we live and work. According to data, it is estimated that only 42 per cent of workers who were laid off will return to their previous jobs, to add to this, for every 10 jobs lost due to the pandemic, only three are being created.
