Domestic workers don't have safety protection.
Domestic workers are one of the most vulnerable workforces. They’re paid lower than average wages and most get no sick time, unemployment, health insurance or the right to organize, said Julia Wolfe with the Economic Policy Institute. There needs to be some way to protect them from the difficult challenges they have to go through regularly. More on this here.
