US set to lose 9.2 million jobs to COVID
Yes, that's what you read. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), about 9.2 million jobs could be lost in the travel and tourism sector in the US in 2020 due to COVID. As per recent data about 7.2 million jobs have been impacted and if no measures are provided to change that, it could go up to 9.2 billion.
